Citrus Heights Rents Increased 0.7% in March

CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA (MPG) - Currently, the overall median rent in the city stands at $1,663, after rising 0.7% last month. Prices remain down 0.2% year-over-year. The median rent in Citrus Heights rose by 0.7% over the course of March and has now decreased by a total of 0.2% over the past 12 months. Citrus Heights’s rent growth over the past year is similar to both the state (-1.0%) and national averages (-0.8%).

Three months into the year, rents in Citrus Heights have risen 0.7%. This is a similar rate of growth compared to what the city was experiencing at this point last year: from January to March 2023 rents had increased 0.5%.
