CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA (MPG) - The City of Citrus Heights recently honored the numerous volunteers who assist with various programs and services throughout the city. Volunteers help at City Hall, the Community Center, the Police Department, the Planning Commission, the Construction Board, the Library, and many other organizations.
