CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA (MPG) – On June 17, Cal Chamber contacted all local Chambers of Commerce to help distribute N95 respirator/masks for businesses expected to comply with a new Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Emergency Regulation N95 mask requirement.

Governor Newsom announced that the State would be providing the N95 masks to ease the economic and logistic burden with masks that the State already had prior to the reopening. CalOES asked the Small Business Network, local Chamber of Commerce, as well as some local government partners to help host this program.

The Citrus Heights Chamber registered to help distribute the N95 mask, not knowing that no other entity registered. Currently, the Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce is the only N95 Mask Distribution Center for all of Sacramento County. The chamber office has 20,000 N95 masks available for local businesses.

Each business may receive a 30-day supply of masks at no cost. If any business needs N95 masks, please communicate with the Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce.
