SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - The Casa Roble Future Farmers of America program is celebrating a major victory. Its award-winning TikTok video secured $3,500 in prize money through a national contest hosted by Ram Trucks. But the celebration didn’t stop there.
At a special event hosted by Folsom Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, General Manager Vince Bloom and his team went the extra mile by welcoming the students, their families and friends with open arms. In addition to presenting the prize, they donated a truckload of soil and supplies to support the Food Bank Farm, an essential part of Orangevale’s effort to provide fresh produce to those in need.
“Winning this contest exhibits our FFA members well-rounded characters,” said Casa Roble Future Farmers of America Advisor Christina Tannehill. “Not only can they be found helping in the community but they can collaborate and create a quality video and place in the top three of all of the nationwide videos!”

Casa Roble Future Farmers of America is the only agriculture program in the San Juan School District, giving students hands-on experience in leadership, responsibility and farming. Currently, these students are hard at work caring for animals that will soon be auctioned at the Sacramento County Fair.
Casa Roble takes great pride in this one-of-a-kind program, which continues to shape future agricultural leaders. A huge congratulations to the students and their dedicated Future Farmers of America Coordinator Christina Tannehill on this incredible achievement!
