SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) – The Hawks’ Men’s swim team record-breaking 200-meter freestyle relay team, Joel Amezcua, Chris Barbusca, Jonah Mafnas and James Pitcock, all highlighted the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) Men’s Swimming and Diving All-American teams.

The All-American teams, which were announced the morning of May 14, were created via the fastest results in the California Community College Athletic Association during the course of the 2024 to 2025 swimming and diving season.

Also on the men’s All-American list were fellow swim athletes within the Los Rios Community College District, including John Branson of American River College, and Gar Long and Michael Hansen of Sierra College.
