CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA (MPG) - The City of Citrus Heights is committed to providing transparent and accessible information to residents and businesses on the operations and progress of your local government. The best practice of hosting an Annual State of the City address directly supports one of the city’s strategic goals: to enhance community vibrancy and engagement.

Beyond supporting a strategic goal, the State of the City address also serves to help our community connect with their city. Community surveys have shown that residents want to remain in the know and value government transparency.

This year’s State of the City address will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. Nov. 6 at the City Hall Council Chambers. The program will feature a look back on the year with Mayor Dr. Jayna Karpinski-Costa and a look ahead for our city's future with City Manager Ashley J. Feeney.

State of the City is free and all are welcome to attend this informative event.

The City of Citrus Heights is proud to partner with the Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce for a State of the City Welcome Reception. The reception will take place in the Citrus Heights City Hall lobby from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Nov. 6 prior to the address. This optional ticketed event will feature bites from local eateries, beer and wine, and the opportunity to connect with city officials and other community leaders. Tickets are $25 for chamber members and $35 for non-chamber members and can be purchased at members.chchamber.com/events/Details/2025-state-of-the-city-reception-1360458?sourceTypeId=Hub.

The Citrus Heights City Hall is at 6360 Fountain Square Drive.
