This annual patriotic celebration in Roseville begins with a parade (starts at the Vernon/Riverside/Douglas intersection promptly at 9 a.m.), followed by live music, kids’ games, and food for purchase at Royer Park, and fireworks at The Grounds (gates open at 4 p.m.)
