A long-vacant 7,500-square-foot commercial building at 7010 Sunrise Blvd., which was once home to Hollywood Video, and later to an Aaron’s furniture rental store in the Copperwood Square Shopping Center in Citrus Heights, has seen a substantial amount of activity in recent weeks.
